Colocasia esculenta 'Mojito' has fantastic leaves with irregular checqued-spotted patterns. The colour mix is reminiscent of the popular Cuban drink "Mojito", with yellow-green lime and darker chunks of peppermint leaves. It is a stable sport that was selected in the in-vitro production at Agristarts in Florida.
