If you like exotic plants, you just came to the right place. Canarius offers the hard-to-find exotic plants which are seldom available in garden centres. Our shop has natural species as well as rare hybrids. We offer exotic plants from the Canary Islands.

Succulents or "fat plants" are water-retaining species, adapted to dry conditions. They store succum (juice, water) in their leaves, stems or roots, and often show a stout and fleshy appearance.
Exotic plants are species from other parts of the world, and they usually have ornamental qualities: a lush foliage, colorful flowers, unusual shapes... Here you can find a great variety of exotic plants: from Bromeliads and Heliconias, to pamls and houseplants.

Rooted rosette. This graptopetalum with jade-green leaves is so compact that it resembles a Sempervivum. It is native to Chihuahua , in Mexico and flowers in Winter. It branches very slowly and will eventually fill the pot and form a solid mat.

This plant looks just like an olive tree ! It is a large shrub in the Protea family, native to a small area in W Australia. The silvery foliage is attractive and showy orange-pink inflorescences in winter to spring. It is resistant to harsh Mediterranean conditions and can take frost, wind, salt and drought.
The crossberry is an interesting shrub or small tree native from Southern-Africa, with showy purple flowers in summer. Fruits are small and sweet, four-lobed (hence the common name crossberry). They ripen variably in yellow, orange or red. It is easy and adaptable, both frost- and drought-hardy.
