If you like exotic plants, you just came to the right place. Canarius offers the hard-to-find exotic plants which are seldom available in garden centres. Our shop has natural species as well as rare hybrids. We offer exotic plants from the Canary Islands.

World deserts and dry areas are home to the most interesting plants. Canarius offers an increasing selection of succulent plants of maximum quality, because they are grown outdoors, under the full sun of the Canary Islands.
Succulents or "fat plants" are water-retaining species, adapted to dry conditions. They store succum (juice, water) in their leaves, stems or roots, and often show a stout and fleshy appearance.
Exotic plants are species from other parts of the world, and they usually have ornamental qualities: a lush foliage, colorful flowers, unusual shapes... Here you can find a great variety of exotic plants: from Bromeliads and Heliconias, to pamls and houseplants.
Exotic plants do not have a particular use. Collectors buy this kind of plants for their rarity, for indoor or outdoor decoration, depending on their features.

Elegant leaves: thick, soft, velvety-white, distichously arranged (each rosette is flat!). New leaves come out together but then they fold out and twist in different directions. Flowers are yellow and fragrant....
Small sized species of Tillandsia, forming intricate clumps of white, vey tomentose zig-zag leaves. It is found in Peru, where it grows at altitudes up to 2500 meters, chiefly living on rocks and sometimesas an epiphyte. Flowers are pink and lilac. This species forms nice white balls if grown on a wire.
This unusual, climbing Tillandsia is one of the most admirable: Tillandsia duratii is one of the largest of all xeric tillandsias. It is very elegant, all grey-white, with curly leaf tips and highly scented flowers.
These clumps of Ionantha Druid hold a beautiful, deep green coloration year round. When in bloom, the green turns to a yellow color and produces an amazing white flower.
Tillandsia ionantha 'Fuego' has smaller intensely neon red coloured rosettes less than 6 cm tall when it blooms and has a tendency to retain a lot of red colouration even after blooming.
This variety of Ionantha have very intense colors that combine pink and green. It can produce one or more tubular purple flowers.
The form of Tillandsia Ionantha 'Mexico' has very thick, curving leaves. When blooming it changes color dramatically from green to bright red, blue-violet flowers.
