The sacred Bo Tree of tropical Asia is a spectacular ornamental with heart-shaped leaves, with their typical driptip appendix. Ficus religiosa is really adaptable and it can be kept short as a shrub, in pots or trained as a bonsai. It takes short cold shots and will grow outdoors with no protections in coastal mediterranean areas
