This is a very attractive compact and blue glotty, one of our favourites!
Leaves are short and waxy and can look blue to grey, they stay down to the ground keeping a nice compact-creeping shape. The flowers are so large that they cover the whole rosette. It is easy to grow, and just as the rest of the genus Glottiphyllum, it is chiefly winter-growing but it does not have a true resting season. and likes to be sprinkled throughout the year. This accession was originally collected in E Steytlerville, R.S.A. (SL84-102.).
