Heliconia aurantiaca

Small sized, cool-growing heliconia, from mid-elevations in Central America. It makes a neat shrub of compact erect stemps, up to 1-1,5 tall with olive-green leaves and bright yellow inflorescence. It is a favorite ornamental for conservatories, for its small and neat shape and not demanding heat.
