Hoya x 'Optimistic'

Fabulous free blooming Hoya hybrid, with 4,5 cm wide flowers of truly nice colours ranging from red to yellow. These are remarkably scented, with a hint of lemon. Stems and leaves are pubescent. Blades are glossy and flat, with embedded veins and slightly revolute margins.

Hoya 'Optimistic' is a fast-grower, abundant bloomer, demanding more space and light than the average hoyas. Hoya 'Optimistic' is part of the Eriostemma section and it is a hybrid of known origin, obtained by crossing Hoya x 'Ruthie' and Hoya ciliata.
