Les plantes vivent toujours
Nouveau
M. Foster in 1950 released a beautiful maroon hybrid that he named Fosperior, meaning Foster's Superior. It was probably a cross of of Neoregelia fosteriana and N. spectabilis. Later, in 1978, Bert Foster put in the market this variegated sport of 'Fosperior', that he named "Perfection", with mostly stable variegation, with "rich deep dark green leaves with yellow-cream central variegation suffused and glazed by a rich red". We have been growing 'Perfection' in Tenerife during the past 16 years and we selected this beautiful and stable spotted and variegated clone out of the many impefect pups that came out of our 'Perfection' neoregelias. It was too nice to kick it out and we gave the name 'Imperfection'. It is a mid sized spineless bromeliad, with gorgeous glossy leaves.
We offer one large rooted pup of Neoregelia x Perfection , of 25-40 cm, able to flower in one year. We ship it worldwide.
