One of the most exotic of all desert trees: this tree aloe stands out in dry areas of Namibia and South Africa. Throughout much of its range this species is in decline. This form from RSA typically has plenty of tiny yellowish spines all over the slim juvenile leaves. Trees bloom in autumn with gorgeous yellow flowers. Aloidendron dichotomum was formerly called Aloe dichotoma until 2013, when it was placed in this new genus Aloidendron, together with other tree-aloes. We offer plants about 15-25 cm tall.
